He studied music theory and composition with Yannis Ioannidis at Nakas
Conservatory and electroacoustic music with Henri
Kergomard in Athens. He continued his studies of composition and computer
music at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique of Lyon, France
with Philippe Manoury, Marco Stroppa, Dennis Lorrain and Robert Pascal (diploma
DNSEM with distinction). He also attended master classes with Phillipe
Schoeller, Allain Gaussin, George Crumb, Klaus Hubert, Peter Eötvös, Gerard
Grissey, Ivan Fedele, Michaël Lévinas, Jonathan Harvey, Gilbert Amy, Michael
Jarrell, Francois Bayle, David Wessel, and Miller Puckette. He has received
prizes and distingions in CIMESP’97, Papayoannou ’99, Pierre Schaeffer ‘99,
and Grame 2002 contests. His music has been performed in Europe, S. America,
Australia, Asia and USA. His work has been selected for the official
concerts of the International Computer Music Conference (ICMC'99 Beijing,
China) (ICMC 2001 Havana, Cuba) and (ICMC 2003 Singapore). His work has been
released on CDs by UNESP/FASM (Brazil) and PeP/CEC (Canada).
