Call for the General Assembly 2009 in Valencia (Spain)

On decision of the 2008 General Assembly, the 2009 Board of Directors and General Assembly meetings organized by the Spanish Federation AMEE will be held in Valencia (Spain) on Saturday 21 of November and Sunday 22 of November 2009.

You are invited to participate to these meetings as federation member of ICEM. We will expect you on the 20 of November since the General Assembly begins on 21 of November morning.

Please find enclosed the Agenda and a proxy to fill in if you couldn’t come. The meetings will take place in parallel with the AMEE festival at which 3 to 4 ICEM concerts will be done. Gregorio Jimenez, AMEE President will soon send a letter to you and will give you the needed precisions.

I remind you that your stay in Bourges during the General Assembly is at your expenses. You have to get in touch with Gregorio Jimenez (email : gregomail@ya.com) who will be able to help you with hotel bookings and will give you all the precisions about the conditions of reception (arrival, contact details of the place for the General Assembly, program of his Festival…).

I also remind that you must have paid the 2009 fee (230 euros) before your attendance at the General Assembly or come with the amount and give it to the treasurer.
